Dr. Natalia Peart

Dr. Natalia Peart  is a multi-hyphenate psychologist, business & career consultant, best-selling author, speaker & Forbes Contributor. Throughout her career, she has worked as a clinical psychologist, a leadership and performance consultant for large national Fortune 1000 companies to small businesses, and an executive and personal consultant. a Chief Officer of a foundation, and CEO of a nonprofit organization.

Whether she is working at the individual, organizational, or societal level, the common thread throughout her experiences is that she is driven by a desire to solve our big challenges involving how to grow and lead, particularly through disruptive change.

She is the author of the Amazon Bestseller in 5 categories, Future Proofed: The New Rules of Success in Work & Life for our Modern World. She is a SXSW 2021 presenter and a Forbes Contributor. She has been featured in various media outlets, including Harvard Business Review, NYT, FOX, Wall St. Journal, Barron’s, Yahoo Finance, Oprah Magazine, Black Enterprise, Glassdoor, Elite Daily, and Thrive Global, as well as a speaker at events ranging from small group workshops to three-thousand-person events.

She has served on the Federal Reserve Board, 10th District, and earned her B.A. with Honors in Psychology from Brown University, her Ph.D. in Clinical/Community Psychology from the University of Maryland, and completed her Clinical Internship at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School.

Christopher Burge

Christopher Burge has enjoyed a successful career in the financial services industry. As a former Wall St. executive, he began his career at the prestigious Salomon Brothers investment firm. He spent his career helping the country’s largest portfolio managers, including Prudential Insurance Company, manage their fixed-income portfolios. He was one of only six people in their competitive sales and trading class.

He was promoted to Vice-President at the age of 25 and was a millionaire before the age of 30.Chris is known as a gifted communicator who has always been motivated by helping people maximize their potential.

He has spoken in front of audiences ranging from thirty to three thousand and has been profiled in publications such as Businessweek.

He is a graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and African-American Studies. He is a lifelong athlete. At Brown, he was the captain of the Basketball team and is currently an avid golfer.
