81% of US workers worried about job loss in 2025, and 40% of white-collar job seekers in 2024 failed to secure a single interview.

90% of people believe we are in a mental health crisis, and 79% report being burned out. Financial issues are the #1 cause of anxiety for Americans.

75% of Americans see little hope for improving their economic status a 35 year high, with 45% saying it will get worse over the next year.
Many people, regardless of their income level, age, or profession, live with a constant financial, career, mental, and overall life insecurity as a result of the cost of living crisis, broken career paths, as well as the mental and lifestyle crises they face. This impacts their standard of living, quality of life, and overall well-being.

We’re asking everyone to help us raise awareness of this generational crisis. We are looking for one million to take action, whether for themselves, their families, or for others, between September 16th to the end of the year, to help create a more human and sustainable future for us all.

Human Sustainability Awareness Day is now an official national holiday that will be celebrated on September 16, 2025. Blueprint Global has registered this official holiday in the National Day Archives. September 16th is a Day to raise awareness of the crisis of this generational crisis we are facing.
