The School to work pipeline is broken.
A degree used to be the way we could reliably get a foothold in the work world. But now, the school-to-work pipeline seems broken. Recent college graduates face a 6% unemployment rate, compared to the national average of approximately 4%.
Despite their degrees, many students and recent graduates and young adults are still seeking jobs that will help them repay their student loans, provide a career entry point, and offer a path for financial sustainability and upward mobility.
Our Education system is preparing us for a world that no longer exists.
We now go beyond standard education within school walls and look at what is needed to prepare us all with the dynamism needed for a changing context.

To that end, Blueprint Global is creating a platform for students so that they can be fully prepared for the future regardless of where they live or go to school.
Our LaunchU platform will provide students with the essential future-forward literacies that we all now need to navigate life, and that will allow us to be dynamic and adapt to the future.
